Renting from Small Town Rentals is simple and stress-free! Just choose the date of your event and when you’d like your items delivered and picked up — we’ll handle the rest.

Renting with us is easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Choose Your Items:

Browse our online inventory or give us a call to find the perfect rentals for your event. Don't see something you need? Give us a call! We are always looking for ways to expand and help our customers with all of their party essentials.

2. Share Your Event Details:

Let us know the date, time, location, and specifics about your event so we can ensure we have everything you need.

3. Checkout and Confirm:

Once you've selected your rentals, checkout online or finalize with our team over the phone. We'll take care of the rest, we usually deliver a day before or the morning of your event.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. 

  • There is a $75 delivery fee within 50 miles of Lake City. 50¢ per mile one-way beyond 50 miles. 

  • Yes! All tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized between rentals. 

  • Deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before the time of your scheduled delivery. 

  • It does not matter if the event is indoor or outdoors. Our equipment can be set up in both environments. 

  • Yes! Call or email to make adjustments to any existing order.

  • There is no minimum rental order requirement. 

  • Set up and arrangement is available for an additional fee. Call for details. 

  • Accidents happen! Call to discuss product cost for replacement. 

  • Yes! Small Town Rentals is equipped with full liability insurance.
